Things You Need to Know

RETURNS:

To initiate an exchange or return go to the contact tab and send us an email describing your situation.

SPAYD COLLECTION allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags and accessories attached/included. The original invoice must be included with any return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

If SPAYD COLLECTION determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style preferred. Only one exchange shipment per order will be covered by SPAYD COLLECTION.

REPAIRS:

Any craftsmanship issues such as stitching, hardware function or breakage, SPAYD COLLECTION will repair at no cost to the customer.
